Power must be ordered directly through the venue in advance. If not, an additional power fee will be applied. Set up will be conducted the day prior to the expo between 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No changes to be made to set up after load in. While all Monitor rentals will come with a USB enabled Media Player, we suggest that all booths provide their own laptop to connect with Eagle's HDMI cable.
