Please note that you must have Equipment Rental Insurance to rent directly from Eagle AV Rental. See details below under Rental Requirements.

Rental requirements: As easy as 1, 2, 3!

A signature must be submitted on our Rental Agreement.

A valid, federally issued driver’s license is required for first-time renters or pickup by authorized individuals.

Equipment Rental Insurance is required for direct rentals. If you do not have an annual policy, you can choose for us to place a hold on your credit card for the replacement value of the rental item(s). You’ll only be charged if items are not returned or are damaged during the rental period.
Submit your requirements
Select the items you wish to rent, add to cart after selecting your rental dates, and complete checkout to reserve your request. We'll be in touch within 48 hours to confirm the equipment is available. Once you receive the confirmation, our representative will direct you to pay via our Payment Portal link.

Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Communication
Please inform us regarding your pick-up and drop-off plans so we may coordinate appropriately. Failure to communicate with us after the rental return period has elapsed will be considered abandonment and we will move to recovery.
If you lose or break something, please let us know! We aim to be understanding no matter the circumstance.
Inspection policy
All items are inspected before departure and upon return (for large rentals, this typically takes place within three days.) A cleaning fee may apply if equipment is returned after being used in harsh environments. If equipment requires repair or replacement, an estimate will be furnished to repair or replace the item(s). Please keep in mind your insurance deductible, as you will be responsible for out-of-pocket repair or replacement costs if they are less than your deductible.
Lost and damaged items
If item(s) are damaged or not returned, you will be responsible to reimburse us for repair or replacement of the missing item(s).
Items automatically included with your rental
Backpacks, bags, or cases are included with your rental to ensure safe transport and use of the rental equipment.
Items from other vendors returned by accident
While we aren’t able to take responsibility for wrongly returned items, we will do our best to notify you when you return something that doesn’t belong to us.
